Take Downs....

Everyday until June 26, 2010 we will be training hard and working on different things from sparring, pad work, circuit training, ground game, and days like this, setting up the take downs.

King of the Cage

Went to support the fam Kana "The One Man Riot" Hyatt at KOTC Excessive Damage @ San Manuel Indian Casino. This place would not allow any photography or video unless you had a media pass. But a woman shall be nameless snuck a camera between her cleavage and got the footage of the fight. I snapped a few with my phone but the pics came out sh*tty.

Anyways Kana was suppose to fight Reuben Duran that got changed, then it was suppose to be Reuben's team mate that got changed at the weigh in, and finally they told him he was fighting Shad Smith who was heavier. Kana didn't give a sh*t, bring it ! Kana won with a K.O 38 seconds into the fight....

Check the link below for his interview.
