After Sandy's we cruised on over to take some pics of Mokoli'i Island (Chinaman's Hat) and the pier. Cliff told the kids to be careful because of a buff kid on steroids with a lisp. They didn't get it, until we told them 50 First Dates was filmed at the location. They just giggled and said we knew that.
We took Kam hwy. all the way around to the North Shore so the kids can see the sea turtles. I didn't get any photos because every single person was yelling, right there, right there. I didn't know where to point the fricken camera. Atleast i got a kick at watching them cross the street like Frogger. Then we took the kids to cool off with some shaved ice at Matsumoto's.
